Sometimes my regular, daily smoothie gets a little boring. Today, I’m adding a burst of flavor with strawberries and coconut. Perfect summer smoothie.
- 1 heaping cup frozen mixed strawberries
- ⅔ cup light coconut milk
- ½ banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds (1 teaspoon dry; see note)
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Vega Protein & Greens Powder
Combine, blend until smooth. YUM!
