Sometimes my regular, daily smoothie gets a little boring. Today, I’m adding a burst of flavor with strawberries and coconut. Perfect summer smoothie.

  • 1 heaping cup frozen mixed strawberries 
  • ⅔ cup light coconut milk
  • ½ banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds (1 teaspoon dry; see note)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Vega Protein & Greens Powder

Combine, blend until smooth. YUM!
